Cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions

  • Subscription purchases include recurring deliveries based on the plan selected
  • By subscribing, you authorize us to securely store your payment details and charge per billing cycle

Auto-Renewal:

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle

Cancellation & Changes:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription any time before the next billing cycle
  • Once a subscription order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

Payments & Credits:

  • No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances
  • Any eligible cancellation or issue will be resolved via store credit only

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are for out-of-stock or upcoming products
  • We may collect:
    • Full payment
    • Partial deposit
    • Or store payment details for future charge

Cancellation:

  • Pre-orders can only be canceled before fulfillment
  • Once fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Payments & Credits:

  • In case of approved cancellations:
    • No refunds will be issued
    • Amount will be provided as store credit only
  • Store credit terms remain non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash

3. Try Before You Buy

  • Your payment method will be authorized (not charged) before shipment
  • You will receive a fixed trial period to decide

Return Requirement:

  • If you choose not to keep the item, it must be returned within the trial window
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, unwashed
    • With original tags and packaging intact

Failure to Return:

  • If the item is not returned within the allowed period:
    • You will be automatically charged in full

Important:

  • If returned items fail inspection, they will be rejected and charged

Payments & Credits:

  • No monetary refunds apply
  • Any eligible adjustment will be issued as store credit only

4. Policy Enforcement

  • This policy is governed in conjunction with our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
  • No cash refunds apply to any subscription, pre-order, or trial purchase
  • Vima Dilip reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any request
  • All decisions are final and binding
